Self-hosted developer workspace

Every tool. One place.

DevOne puts your board, Git, databases, API client, docs, drawings, pipelines and servers inside one project, so the context you need is always a click away.

The workspace

Everything a project needs, in the project.

Stop juggling eight tabs. Every tool knows which project you are in.

  • Board

    Board, list and calendar views with statuses, priorities and due dates.

  • Git

    Branches, commits and changes from GitHub and GitLab, side by side with the work.

  • Database

    Browse tables, keys and indexes, and run queries against project databases.

  • API client

    Send requests, keep collections and replay history without leaving the project.

  • Docs

    Write project documentation right next to the work it describes.

  • Drawings

    Sketch architecture and flows on a canvas the whole team can open.

  • Pipelines

    Follow CI/CD for every merge request and read job logs in a terminal view.

  • SSH terminal

    Connect to your servers from the browser, with saved credentials if you want them.

Security

Your code stays on your servers.

DevOne runs on infrastructure you control. Secrets are encrypted at rest and every sensitive action leaves a trail.

  • Encrypted credentials

    Provider tokens and saved SSH secrets are encrypted before they are stored.

  • HttpOnly sessions

    Browser sessions are database-backed and never reuse your provider token.

  • Pinned host keys

    The terminal remembers each server’s key and refuses one that changes.

  • Audit log

    Settings changes, member changes and terminal access are recorded.

Self-host

Up in three commands.

DevOne ships with Docker Compose, PostgreSQL and Redis. Bring a server and keep your data.

  1. 1Copy the example environment
  2. 2Generate an encryption key
  3. 3Start the stack
~/devone
# 1
$ cp env.example.txt .env
# 2
$ openssl rand -base64 32
# 3
$ docker compose up -d
✓ DevOne is running on port 3000
